Yes, we conduct an easy-to-navigate and fast KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure on all customers and users. This includes verifying your email address, phone number, and your identity. Delays could be due to a number of reasons, including the blockchain being overloaded, periodical coin updates, or a certain number of confirmations are required to continue the exchange.

This is due to the time it takes for the exchange to be logged in the blockchain, as well as volatility in the crypto exchange market. This is called a 'floating' rate exchange, a classic cryptocurrency exchange type when the approximate receiving amount is shown at the time of the exchange creation. You can get either more or less coins than expected at the beginning of the floating rate exchange due to the volatile nature of the cryptocurrency market.

In no case should you use the same password on different services! This significantly increases the likelihood that your account will be hacked, especially if your standard password comes with your standard email. - Be aware of phishing. Don't click on suspicious links in your email inbox. Hackers have learned to use them to gain access to your entire operating system.
